ORDERS & SHIPPING

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. However, please get in touch with us right away using the following methods so that we can try our best to assist you with your order:

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your package is on the way, we'll send you an email with shipping confirmation that includes a tracking link. You can use this link to keep an eye on your package's journey until it arrives safely at your door.
You can also take the tracking number from the email we send you and enter it on the websites of the shipping carriers - USPS.com, OnTrac.com, or UPS.com - to get the latest updates on your package's status.

I'M IN LOVE WITH AN ITEM, BUT IT'S OUT OF STOCK. WHAT CAN I DO AND HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

Don't worry! We receive new stock on a daily basis and make sure to restock our most loved items as soon as we can. Just drop us an email at tinalee5371@gmail.com to let our team know about the item you're interested in. As soon as it's back in stock, we'll send you an email to let you know.
Helpful Hint: If you've got your heart set on a particular style, size, or color, we recommend making the purchase as soon as you can! We can't guarantee that out-of-stock items will be restocked, so it's best to grab them while you can.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS?

SUBMIT A RETURN: You can start the return process by visiting the Blackmogoo Returns Centre at Blackmogoo Returns Centre.
At Blackmogoo, we want to make sure your online shopping experience is just as smooth and worry-free as shopping in a physical store. That's why we've designed a simple and straightforward returns policy that's easy to understand.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a full 30 days from the date you receive your order to decide if you want to return it. Every item bought from our site is eligible for returns.
To ensure we can process your return smoothly, the item should be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. In the rare case that you've received a faulty or incorrectly labeled item and you'd prefer a refund instead of an exchange or store credit, please contact us directly. We'll be happy to provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
We reserve the right to adjust the return method if the condition of the returned item does not meet the requirements of our returns policy.
RETURN OPTIONS:
  • Size Exchanges - FREE Return Label
If you've found that the size isn't quite right and you'd like to swap it for a different size, our exchange option is perfect for you. The cost of returning the incorrect size is on us!
Once we receive and confirm the return of your original item, we'll send out the replacement size as soon as possible. The quicker you return the original item, the faster you'll get your replacement.
Please note that this option is only available if we have sufficient stock of your desired size. If the size is low in stock or has already sold out, you won't be able to select that size. In the event that your desired size sells out before you've sent back the original item, we'll automatically issue you a refund. Many of our items are in high demand and can sell out quickly, so the sooner you return the item, the better your chances of getting your preferred size.
  • Online Credit - FREE Return Label
If you're unsure about what you want next but know you'll be shopping with us again soon, opting for an online credit is a great choice. The online credit is valid for 3 years, and just like an exchange, we cover the return shipping cost.
After submitting your return request, you'll receive a pre-paid return shipping label to send your items back to us.
  • Refund - The cost of Return Label
Once your returned items arrive at our warehouse, we'll process your refund and deduct the cost of the return shipping label from the total refund amount. The refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
The way your refund is processed depends on the payment method you used. If you paid with AfterPay, any repayments you've already made will be refunded to your AfterPay account. If you used a credit card or PayPal, the full amount of the returned items (minus the original shipping cost) will be refunded to your original account. If you used a gift card for payment, the refund will be returned to that gift card.
You'll receive a return shipping label. Print it out at home (or at a post office if you don't have a printer), attach it to the outside of your package, place the return items and the returns card from your original order inside, and send the package back to us. It's quick and easy!
  • International Returns:
For international returns and exchanges, we currently offer the option to return for a refund or store credit. To start the international return process, please contact our customer support team at tinalee5371@gmail.com
You'll be responsible for shipping the items back and covering all return and customs fees.
We know that international returns can be complicated, and we're here to help you through each step of the process.
Please note that we currently do not support international exchanges. If you'd like to get a different item, we suggest requesting a refund and placing a new order for the item you want.

HOW LONG DOES THE RETURNS PROCESS TAKE?

Once your returned items reach our distribution center, we'll process your return within 5 to 7 business days. The time it takes for your return package to reach us can vary depending on the shipping method and carrier you chose for the return. Please keep your return tracking number handy for reference.
