At Blackmogoo, we firmly believe that online shopping should be just as effortless and enjoyable as shopping in a physical store. To ensure your utmost satisfaction, we've developed a clear - cut and customer - friendly Returns Policy.
Return Timeline
From the day you receive your order, you have an entire 30 - day period to determine if it’s the perfect fit for you. Rest assured, every single item purchased from our website is eligible for return, providing you with sufficient time to make your decision.
Return Requirements
We will only accept returns if the item remains in its original, unaltered state. This means the item should be unworn, unwashed, and all tags must be intact. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly labeled product, please get in touch with our customer service team directly at tinalee5371@gmail.com. If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange or store credit, we can provide a prepaid return label to facilitate the process.
We reserve the right to adjust the return procedure if the returned item does not comply with our established return standards.

RETURN OPTIONS
Size Exchanges - Complimentary Return Label
Ordered the wrong size? No problem! Exchanging for a different size is quick and easy. We’ll cover the cost of returning your item by providing a prepaid return label. Once we receive your returned item in our warehouse, we’ll dispatch the replacement size without delay. Please note that this option is only available when the desired size is in stock. If the size you need is low in stock or already sold out, you won't be able to choose it. In case the size sells out before we receive your original return, a refund will be automatically issued to you. Many of our items are highly sought - after and sell out rapidly, so the sooner you send back the item, the higher the chance of getting the correct size.
Online Credit - Complimentary Return Label
If you’re eager to shop with us again but aren’t sure what to purchase right now, an online credit is an excellent option. Our online credits remain valid for three years. Similar to size exchanges, we’ll provide a prepaid return label to make the return process convenient for you. Just submit your return request, and we’ll send you the label to return your items.
Refund - Return Label Cost Deduction
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, we’ll process the refund back to your original payment method. Please note that the cost of the return label will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
  • For AfterPay users, any payments you've already made will be refunded to your AfterPay account.
  • If you paid via Credit Card or PayPal, the full amount of the returned items (excluding the original shipping cost) will be refunded to your original account.
  • In case of payment with a Gift Card, the refund will be credited back to that same gift card.
After you request a refund, we’ll send you a Return Label. You can print it at home or at a nearby Post Office if you don’t have a printer. Affix the label to the outside of your parcel, place the return items along with the returns card from your original order inside, and send the parcel back to us.
International Returns

Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipping and covering all related shipping and customs fees. We understand the complexities involved in international returns and our professional team is here to assist you throughout the entire process.
Please note that we do not support international exchanges at present. If you wish to get a different item, we recommend requesting a refund and then placing a new order for the product you desire.
